Bespoke Configuration.
The Mytron DPA System is available as separate modules
that build up into a complete Manufacturing Control
System. The separate modules can be purchased together
or separately and integrated into an existing system.
Data Input
Smaller companies can use simple spreadsheet programs
or text editors to create the Job Information files
required for accurate shop floor control.
Larger companies with existing MRP systems for job
control and scheduling can easily feed this information
into the DPA system in flat file format - information
gathered by DPA from the shop floor can then be returned
to the company's main system in the same way.
To aid in the production of these job files bespoke
software can be easily written by our experienced programmers.
Bespoke Software
At Mytron we specialise in the production of bespoke
Shop Floor Data Collection that provides the customer
with the data they want not what they are given as with
some systems.
Although the DPA System was designed with the Printing
Industry in mind, the software can easily be configured
to capture information from many other industries.
